Project Management

TerpSys follows a Project Management approach that provides you with the tools to review project 'vitals' such as budget, progress, and issues. Our goal is to communicate these aspects to you regularly to ensure our joint success. Each project has a designated Project Manager who is your single point of contact for status updates, issue routing, and any other first line of support that you might need for the successful implementation of the project.

Our project manager will conduct weekly phone status meetings with your project team leadership to update you on the team's accomplishments, identify your team's upcoming action items, review project schedule, and budget if necessary. On a monthly basis, TerpSys will provide a billing summary of the hours charged to the project so that you understand how those hours were applied to project activities. TerpSys employs talented and seasoned project managers, many of whom have earned the highly regarded Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

We are comfortable working in a remote project environment and utilize a number of tools to make our teams effective, including:

  • RAID List (Risks, Action Items, Issues, Dependencies)
  • MS Project Gantt Chart (Schedule)
  • Project Extranet (for posting project deliverables and documents for your review)
  • GoToMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing for screen sharing to assist in ideation, review, training, etc.
  • Change Control Request Process (for controlled expansion of project scope if needed)
