TerpSys recognized by The Washingtonian magazine as a "Great Place to Work"
(Bethesda, Maryland) - TerpSys was recognized by The Washingtonian magazine as a "Great Place to Work" for "interesting and challenging work, good pay and benefits, collegial staff, stability, flexibility, and employee development." This is the second time, in back-to-back editions (2003 and 2005), that TerpSys has earned this award from The Washingtonian.
"To have earned this envied award for the second time is remarkable and humbling. We took the challenge of staying on this elite list very seriously after 2003 and focused on all of our culture initiatives with that mindset," said Ed Woods, President and CEO. "We had a pretty good baseline to build upon, but we did look to improve on every aspect of what we were doing or going to do."
