Dan Shenk-Evans is a senior consultant at Community IT Innovators (CITI), an employee-owned company committed to helping socially responsible organizations effectively use technology. Since 2000, he has been a resource to clients through all phases of the information systems management life cycle, assisting in documenting requirements, establishing strategic goals and expected ROI, formalizing governance structures, and selecting and implementing solutions. Dan regularly guides organizations through the process of selecting from among the many technology options, as well as manages successful implementation. He specializes in software systems for nonprofits in the fields of association management, fundraising, online constituent relationship management tools (CRM), and fund accounting. He has also presented at several ASAE & NTEN conferences on information system topics, and contributes regularly to articles and whitepapers about software options on Idealware.org.
Raymond Hearn joined Community IT Innovators (CITI) in September 2002 after eight years with Accenture, a global technology, outsourcing, and consulting firm. While at Accenture Raymond gained experience as a software developer, business process analyst, and project manager focusing on the development and implementation of enterprise wide information systems for state and federal government agencies. Since coming to CITI, Raymond has developed deep skills in planning, managing, implementing and information technology for nonprofit organizations. He has put his business process, software implementation and management skills to work by assisting our clients with selecting and implementing off the shelf enterprise database systems.
