Workplace Excellence

TerpSys has been publicly recognized for our commitment to building and maintaining a strong corporate culture based on traditional values. We enjoy the people we work with and the work we do, and we take our work seriously. But we don't take ourselves too seriously! Sharing laughter is part of what makes TerpSys a great place to work, and we do that in many ways, including the clever, employee-produced videos, presentations, and skits featured at our monthly staff meetings.

Community Service

TerpSys provides many different ways to get involved in lending a helping hand. "Team Turtle" is the name we use when participating in charity walks, building houses for the underpriviledged, or volunteering to feed the hungry. If community service is your passion, TerpSys is the place for you.

Corporate Wellness

Wellness of our employees is an important component to the wellness of our company. TerpSys stresses wellness through an annual Wellness Fair, on-site fitness center, company sports teams, and informal challenges between working teams. We also do our part for the environment by participating in the Adopt-A-Road Program and are active recyclers at our offices.
